  I've been to this place couple times for takeout chinese food and I was impressed by the flavor and portion. So last week I asked if I can get catering service for a company event and the owner gladly accept my request, although it's not listed on their menu yet.
  
  We had a party of 12 and I ordered 4 entrees including their signature orange chicken and Mongolian beef, garlic shrimp, tofu plate. For sides I ordered fried rice, vegetable chowmein and steam rice. Each of those came in a party tray with decent portion. I was told each tray could accommodate 3-4 people but the portion we got was more like 5-6. My coworkers all loved the food a lot and we thought it's better than Panda which we ordered before for Chinese food.
  
  Another good thing about this place is that they don't put MSG in their food, everything is freshly made, and they do take vegetarian dish requests seriously. That's why I like this place better than most Chinese togo places like Panda or other ones. Plus I also gave them just a short notice for the catering service, and they were able to accommodate. Thanks a lot!
  
  I would recommend this place if you want to grab some Chinese food by the ocean beach area or if you need Chinese food catering service.

  Extremely poor food. Mongolian beef is gross, beef seems battered. Curry is tasteless. Damn what a waste of money after delivery and tip it was $50 for those two meals.
  
  Not good, beef seems sour. Very odd.
  
  Obecians overrating again. No taste in food in 92107.

  So much food. Yummy Chinese food just as you like it. Take-out was ready quick, only about 10 minutes.  I think I had my veggie fried rice for at least 3 meals! Very nice staff, who took her time to grab me 2 of every spice/sauce they offered.
  Also best hot and sour soup I'd had in a long time

  My friend took us to Little Chef Chinese-Take Out and it was a cool little hole in the wall!! Now, I hope I am not offending the owners when I say that. It's the best kind of place. Super small place yet nicely decorated and clean. Located in Ocean Beach near the water. They have four small tables.
  
  Hint: take out is best!
  
  We were lucky to have tables! The fried dumplings were delicious! The Garlic Chicken was very tasty! The wontons were wonderful. The fried rice was plentiful! Their mustard sauce has a bite to it!
  
  Overall, what a great experience! It's a mom and pop place! The family were so cordial and full of smiles. All dishes were made to order and served piping hot! Food portions were plentiful and won't break the bank! What more can you ask for in a touristy area?!?!
  
  Oooooh! Street parking so you may have to circle around a couple of times. This area can get packed fast. Also, cash only!
